The Quilt Patch Handmade patchwork quilts Welcome to The Quilt Patch. I love experimenting with colour combinations.

I hope you will enjoy browsing through my selection of lovingly handmade quilted items, from coasters to king sized bed quilts. My quilts are mostly in a traditional, country style, although I have been known to dabble in more contemporary designs. All quilts are machine pieced and machine quilted (unless otherwise stated) in my smoke free home. I only use 100% cotton fabric, and the batting is co

I have just come home from a great weekend quilting retreat, led by Christine Porter Quilts. I now have circles on the brain and can't wait to try some more designs!

I have finally taken the plunge and entered this quilt in to the National Quilt Championships at Sandown. It is a theme category sponsored by the Alzheimer's Organisation, which is very dear to my heart. The exhibition starts this Friday, 20th June until Sunday. Why don't you pop in?
