Controversial but…
I think we are becoming less family friendly every day! The amount of support that used to exist and all the spaces I.e bowling alleys, play cafes, community centres, youth spaces, sure starts, family friendly cafes etc have mostly gone or dwindled. Which does mean family’s are very much having to just do with what exists! Don’t get me wrong we have places that are great! But we did have a lot more! More variety ! If you have any favourites ! Please let me know! If you are a business and would consider implementing any ideas - please also let me know!!!! I know everyone’s surviving and not thriving ! But this is important! Do you agree????

WHAT. A. DAY. 🐑💛

We were invited along to Cannon Hall Farm to check out their brand new **Woolly Jumpers** and honestly... they did not disappoint!

If you’ve got a little one who’s usually a bit cautious (like mine 🙋🏼‍♀️), these were PERFECT. There are two huge bouncing pillows, loads of space, and because there wasn’t lots of pushing and crowding, Noah quickly found his confidence and absolutely loved it.

But let’s be honest... the bouncing pillows are just one tiny part of what you get here.

🐄 Hundreds of animals to meet
🚜 Tractor rides
🛝 Massive indoor play areas
☕ Several places to eat and grab a coffee
👶 Plenty for toddlers right through to older children
♿️ Flat pathways throughout, making it much more accessible for wheelchairs, mobility aids and pushchairs

And can we talk about the price?! Midweek tickets start from just **£8.95 per person**, with **under 2s FREE**. For a full day out, that’s incredible value for money.

It’s one of those places where you arrive thinking you’ll stay a couple of hours... and suddenly it’s closing time. 😂

If you’re looking for a family day out this summer, Cannon Hall Farm should definitely be on your list.

🛒 Did you know these shops have KIDS’ TROLLEYS?!

Honestly, I don’t know what it is about having their own trolley, but suddenly the weekly shop becomes the most exciting thing they’ve ever done. 😂

If you’ve got a little one who insists on “helping”, you can find mini trolleys at:

🛒 Morrisons | Fresh Food & Recipes
🛒 Boots UK

It might not stop them asking for snacks every 30 seconds, trying to fill the trolley with random toys, or abandoning it halfway round the shop... but it definitely makes shopping a bit more fun. 🙈
