Squirrels plant thousands of new trees each year through a behavior called scatter hoarding.

They bury nuts like acorns and walnuts across wide areas to store food for later.

Many of these buried nuts are never recovered and remain safely underground.

Over time, the forgotten seeds germinate and grow into new trees.

In this way, squirrels play a vital role in natural forest regeneration.

In the picture, there are passengers from the , , Mount and Turkey, all riding in one train without visas, passports, or even ID cards.

They move between the ancient cities of the Levant to , then continue the road to the oases of , reaching the deserts of the Hijaz, and .

It is as if they are on a bus that transports them from one neighborhood to another within one city, and during their return, they carry the Hijaz dates and eat the thyme of the people of the Hauran plains, olives, the grapes of the Levant, and the dates of Iraq.
