It’s been a while… but here we go!!
I’m in Mongolia🇲🇳

It’s taken me a little while to put out my first post about this extreme adventure and it might be a while before I can post again, as I’ll soon be on the river, diving into the next stage of this once-in-a-lifetime experience 🛶

Over the past few days, I’ve been soaking up the beautiful culture, travelling, and meeting new friends 💕

I can’t tell you how extraordinary this part of the world is… but I can try to share it with you through photos, videos, and my words.

I’ll be a little quiet here over the next few days — the next time I post, I’ll be in Mongolia. 🇲🇳

This moment feels big. I’m anxious. I’m excited. I’m emotional. This stage of the journey has taken months of planning, preparing, questioning, packing, repacking… and now it’s real.

Wish me luck as I set off on this next chapter — it’s not just a physical expedition, but a personal one too.

I can’t wait to share it with you soon. 🛶💛

🌟 A Personal Post (Just This Once!) 🌟
Proud Parent Moment

I don’t usually share family updates on here, but today I’m making an exception because I’m just so incredibly proud.

My son Roman, who’s turning 16 soon, has not only been asked to be a prefect for Year 11 — he’s now also been made School Sports Captain, representing the entire school. 🏅💪

It’s a huge achievement, but more than that, I’m proud of the grounded, hardworking, quietly brilliant young man he’s becoming.

This means so much because my husband Simon and I became parents very young — and we got married young too. We didn’t have the support when we needed it, and with Simon away a lot for work, it was often just me, figuring it all out as I went.

We poured our energy into raising our children, often putting our own plans on pause to give them the best start we could. And while I miss those beautiful, chaotic early years more than I can say I wouldn’t change a thing.

Now, with the kids growing up, I’m starting to rediscover myself and my work has taken me on some bold new adventures (Mongolia next!).

This full-circle moment is proof that the hard work, sleepless nights, and quiet sacrifices really do pay off.

So to any young parents out there who follow my work or community:
You’ve got this.
Your love, grit, and perseverance are shaping lives in ways you won’t fully see until later — and trust me, it’s worth it. 💛🌱

🌿 Wye Knot Community Update 🌿

Hi everyone!

As many of you know, I’ll be away for a little while on the most amazing venture of a lifetime! but don’t worry, our intergenerational workshops are still going ahead, thanks to my two amazing team members, Laura and Jodie, who will be running the sessions in my absence.

Please note: our Forest School sessions will be on hold until July. Thank you for your understanding and continued support!

Looking forward to reconnecting soon with plenty of stories to share. đź’š
