Hello…and a Happy May Bank Holiday to you all. I have been busy recently making some larger storage baskets, these are between 6”and 8” diameter…( now available in Collaborative Crafts )
I have come to a bit of a pause , trying to think of new things to make, which will fit on my shelf, but luckily still had a fair few mini Granny Squares left over from my baby waistcoats…so in between projects I am now adding more borders to these..they may either turn into a lightweight summer throw, or a piece of clothing for me…or something entirely different !!

Wishing you all a very HAPPY EASTER …
My first “Granny Triangle” bunting is now complete and available at Collaborative Crafts. It has 12 flags and is nearly 7 feet long. This was quite a difficult subject to photograph as I had to wait for breaks in the gusty wind !
I hope you are all having a great weekend and not over- doing it on the chocolate !!

Hello all, apologies for my continuing lack of posts here…I have been busy in the background making lots of things for Collaborative Crafts, but my health problems are still an ongoing issue and leave me permanently exhausted.

I have recently learnt to make half Granny Squares ( triangles) and thought that they would make very pretty Spring/ Summer bunting…so far they are at the blocking stage ..here being inspected by Madam Apache !

I had a bit of a slow down on the crafting front last week, as I stupidly attempted to trim a woody hedge and got a twig in my good eye ( I am blind in the other eye !) Wowsers I had forgotten how incredibly painful an eye injury can be …..it is much better now after liberal dosings of medicated eyewash and very strong painkillers….after a couple of days I was able to do the knitted part of my large chickens. Over the weekend, once my eye had stopped watering continuosly, I managed to finish these three chickens.
These are now available on my shelf in Collaborative Crafts, and I am in the
process of adding to their flock this week…in a multitude of colour variations.

Hello, my first few sets of baby beanie hats & matching booties are now back in Collaborative Crafts, to keep your little ones cosy and warm.
These can be bought as a matching set for £16….
or individually,
Hats £9 …booties £9.50.
I seem to have rather a purple theme going on here..there will be more colours coming soon !

Hello, today will be the return of the Ginger Cat charms to Collaborative Crafts, this time they have two new cousins..Halloween cats !
What do you think?.. black cats are normally associated with Halloween, but these orange & black stripey ones would also fit well with Halloween decor.
I have been knitting a big batch of “Marmalade”cats, so there will be more versions to follow soon.

Cotton/polyester/acrylic mix booties..0-6 months & 6-18 months.
Autumn Crochet Tote Bag and four more black faced Crafty Sheep to join the rest of the flock.
Next up will be some crochet rainbow bunting which is almost finished.
