TO ALL MEMBERS
Len is scarifying the green both ways on Friday this week and needs at least two members to help him. With help it should only take a couple of hours and he is thinking of starting at 10.30am. Could the volunyeers bring along a rake as we only have the one at the Club.
After this process the green should run alot quicker.

With sadness I wish to inform the bowling community that John Davies passed away this morning. John played for the B Team for a number of years but due to ill health has not been able to play recently.
We send our deepest sympathy to his wife Diane and family.

To all Members of the Club

Before our Open Day on Sunday 22nd March I am arranging a working party to help tidy up around the green and also in the clubhouse on Friday 20th March commencing from 11am. Could members make a note of this date and spare a couple of hours to come along.
I will also be available to collect membership fees on the Friday and Sunday.

Well done to David Ames and Len Wilson for qualifying for the Clwyd Pairs Final on 21 September. Winning three games and beating Haiden Williams and Sion Jackson 21 - 17 in the third game.

Well done Stan and Ruth Easby for winning 21 - 3 and 21 - 6 in the Pairs qualifiers and Good Luck in the finals on the 29th August.

It is with deep sadness that I have to announce the passing of Tony Perrin on Monday 12th May. Tony was a member of Copperfields for many years, a good friend, a keen bowler and was President of the Clwyd league in 2023.
We send our condolences to Tony’s family, Andrew, David and Felicity and to all his friends in the village.
