We are always looking for ways to make The Hideaway that little bit nicer and when I saw this floor lamp I couldn't resist. Our reading area is now bright even on the dullest day. Fancy a quick escape? Well below freezing but we are very cosy, in a lovely warm Hideaway enjoying a quick visit. This the view from the bedroom this morning, glimpses of the sea over the rooftops.

We've been getting the Hideaway ready for Christmas guests today

I know the Summer holidays aren't over yet but if you're starting to think ahead we have availability for October half term. Huge living space, enclosed garden perfect if you're bringing your dogs (welcome at no extra charge for up to 3, more is a disccussion) 2 large bedrooms with ziplink superking/twin beds an ensuite, huge family bathtoom, downstairs loo & EV charger all just 350 steps to the beach. Close to the shops and restaurants - what more could you want?

Very enjoyable day in sunny hunny yesterday with Julie. Just had test a legendary bath bun from Mr bun the Baker. Tad big but tasted amazing. Teapot for scale ( yes it's on a dinner plate!)

Last nights sunset in Hunstanton was stunning (as usual) this view is only 4 mins walk for the front door and there's a pub on the way back too!
