Finally finished the shower room at Dunes 38, just in time for the summer holiday guests. Beautiful new shower, sink unit, flooring and accessories. Really happy with the result. Another busy day ahead. All 19 caravans have been booked out for half term. Great news. Now they all have to be cleaned, dirty bedding, around 100 sets, collected and taken to laundrette and everything checked over and made ready for the next guests. Not the glamorous part of the job but essential if you want the incoming guests to be as happy as those just leaving.

Dunes 38 is our most recent purchase. We spent the first week of March cleaning and identifying things that weren't quite up to scratch. So the wallet has taken a beating - new mattresses, installed a wash machine, new full size fridge freezer, new microwave, tvs going into all bedrooms, games console, air fryer, toaster, kettle, crockery and on and on. New boiler goes in next week with a couple of extra radiators to keep it toasty, oh and and then we decided that a new oven and hob would finish it off nicely. New pics will follow when we have recovered from the bill 😂
