Well worth a look at over the next week.

The Windermere Art Society will present its 43rd Art Exhibition this year at the Ladyholme Centre on Lake Road, Windermere, from August 4th to 16th. The exhibition will be open daily from 10:30 am to 5:30 pm, closing at 4:00 pm on the final day. This year’s programme includes live demonstrations by artists Shahida Dolan and Kathy Doyle. In addition, the Society is proud to host the 7th Colin Heighton Young Artist Award, featuring a competition between two Windermere schools for the top three Best Young Artist prizes. Admission to the event is free; voluntary donations are appreciated to support the exhibition and the ongoing activities of the Society.
Products crafted by the skilled artisan Danny Woof will be on sale including exquisite wood-turned creations that make ideal gifts.
Greeting cards and prints will also be available for purchase, designed by our society members.
