Boat Trip recommendation in Protaras - Cyprus

I love a boat trip on holiday, and this was by far the best one we’ve ever done.

We booked a private boat trip from Protaras with three swim stops, including the Blue Lagoon and Turtle Bay, and it was an amazing experience. We even got to briefly see a turtle swim by..
Having the boat exclusively for ourselves made the day feel extra special.

The booking process was simple and straightforward, with excellent communication throughout, making everything stress-free from start to finish.

The captain and first mate were fantasticβ€”friendly, professional, and made the whole trip enjoyable from beginning to end. We also opted for a drinks package and pizza, which were a great addition and made the experience even better.

With exclusive use of all the facilities on board, we got to try paddle boarding and snorkelling at our own pace, making the most of every swim stop. It really added to the experience and made the day even more memorable.

This was an unforgettable day, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a private boat trip. If you love being out on the water while on holiday, this experience is absolutely worth it.

Hotel Recommendation…

So this week I had 1 day’s annual leave and opted for just 1 night in the sun.. so myself and a friend flew out to Magaluf for 1 night 2 whole days.

crazy idea but so good! Spontaneous trip everyone should do it..

We stayed

Hotel Florida Magaluf was a fantastic find. Perched at the top of a steep hill, it’s close enough for an easy walk to the strip, yet far enough away to feel relaxed.

It is also a lovely walk to Palma Nova which was so pretty.

The hotel itself is modern with a great atmosphere throughout. Considering the quality, it was very reasonably priced and excellent value for money.

We stayed in a sea view room and the view was absolutely glorious β€” definitely worth it. Breakfast was another highlight with a fantastic range of options, and everything was spotless and very well presented.

Would happily stay again and highly recommend it.

Bucharest & The Therme Spa - Location Review

Perfect girls Trip or a cheeky Couples mini break..

Therme Bucharest is a fantastic spa destination and incredible value for money considering the facilities on offer. The complex is huge, modern, and immaculately maintained, with a wide range of thermal pools, saunas, steam rooms, relaxation zones, waterslides, and wellness areas that would cost significantly more elsewhere in Europe. Whether you want a full spa day, a relaxing evening, or just a few hours to unwind, it delivers an experience that feels far more premium than the price suggests.

The atmosphere strikes a great balance between luxury and accessibility. You can easily spend an entire day moving between the different zones, especially if you enjoy saunas and thermal experiences. The palm trees and tropical setting also make it feel like a genuine escape, particularly during colder months.

I’d definitely recommend the spa to anyone visiting Bucharest. A two-night stay is plenty for a spa-focused break, while still giving you enough time for a relaxed wander around the city’s old town, cafΓ©s, and main sights without feeling rushed.

I visited the Spa on a Friday avoiding the weekend rush and was a great day for a great experience but get there Early!

We booked flights with Ryanair and I got a great deal on the hotel for very affordable mini break!

All the spa for access all areas was only Β£35pp!!
