I am a successful individual with an established 25 year trac
k record within the food industry specialising in technical management, food safety, seafood and aquaculture. I have operated at all levels up to Technical Director in small to large organisations. Technical support - food safety, GMP, quality management system development, HACCP development and effective implementation, allergen management, preparation for audits (BRC, Tesco TFMS, M&S Hygiene and PPC audits), customer complaint reduction programmes, effective internal auditing and supplier approval. I also have 25 years of aquaculture experience where I have supported major retailers with the development of COPS / guidelines and giving advice on salmon welfare practices. Available to support with farm & fish welfare audits. Driving Everyday Standards - I am also recognised for my recent work over the past 5 years with regards improving food safety performance through the ‘Kitchen & Food at Home’ philosophy.
