Some sound advice to reduce our Mountain Rescue teams callouts. Its better to enjoy lower level routes or make an early decision to turn around and head back down in poor weather.

Ahead of the stormy weather predicted on Monday, if you're heading for a trip to the Lake District, make sure you pack for all weathers. Especially if you're heading on a walk to experience some of the National Park's famous views.
