Explore the gardens and shop till you drop, then hop back on Turks to rest those weary legs, put down your heavy bags, and enjoy a refreshing drink from our bar, whilst we cruise down the river and drop you home… Trips from Kingston and Richmond run to and from Hampton Court all week. Pre-booking is recommended.

Ferries from Hampton Court train station/park and ride drop off point – Our shuttle ferries from the train station and park and ride drop off point, running from Molesey Lock side over to the Festival entrance, every 20mins. We have a dedicated team outside the train station at Hampton Court directing you over to the ferry departure point. No pre-booking - pay as you board with cash and card accepted.

Whether you’re hiring one of our self-drive boats, or travelling on a daily public river cruise between Hampton Court and Richmond, bring your four legged friends along for the ride!

Perfect for combining with a dog friendly activity along our route… Explore the gardens of Ham House or Marble Hill, take a scenic walk along the Thames Path, visit Home Park, Bushy Park or Richmond Park, or enjoy lunch at a dog friendly pub like The White Cross pub Richmond, The Boaters Inn Kingston or the Prince of Wales or The Mute Swan in Hampton Court.

We even cater for dogs in our “Ice Cream Boat” Endurance, located along the riverside on the Queens Promenade in Surbiton/Kingston on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays throughout August, serving delicious Marshfields Iced Cream in various flavours including plant based and Dog flavours!

Our history

The family company can be traced back to 1710 when it was established by Richard Turk; although records of Turk built boats extend back to the 12th Century. After 300 years of boat building and operating a spectacular fleet of passenger vessels, Turks stands proudly as one of Kingston’s few remaining family run businesses.
