Kuben from our Singapore Cargo team recently arranged an urgent Boeing 737 Freighter charter within Southeast Asia to transport a shipment of time-critical electronics.

Following the severe flooding and landslides impacting parts of Nepal, ACS is closely monitoring developments and remains ready to support cargo, passenger, search and rescue, and humanitarian flight requests across affected regions.

Kathmandu remains operational with capacity for a wide range of aircraft, while helicopter support is available to transport aid, personnel, and critical supplies into remote and affected areas where access is limited.

Lhasa is also serving as a major staging hub for Chinese and international relief assets moving into the region following the destruction of key road links along the Tibet-Nepal border.

Hear what Saba Zaitsev, a Cargo charter consultant, has to say about the Antonov 124. This aircraft can carry up to 165 tons of cargo, with optical load being 120 tons to cover further distances. The nose of the aircraft opens upward and is sized 252 by 173 inches. It also has a slightly smaller rear door with an internal crane system that can lift pieces up to 30 tons.
