Lauren has been steadily growing her knowledge of the luxury travel market over the past 15 years, via her expert concierge service to local families.
Lauren will be based from home in Hertfordshire and will occasionally come to Richmond, so please do pop in and say hello if you’re passing!

At we always go above & beyond and that dedication was put to the test on Friday last week when we were alerted to the news of the fire which effected operations at London Heathrow Airport.
By 7am we had already assessed which clients were travelling that day and worked quickly behind the scenes to re-protect those clients onto the next best flights so that we could offer our valued clients as little impact to their holiday plans as possible.
By 9am we had a clear plan & we’re able to contact our clients offering a solution and flights departing out of London Gatwick the following day.
Whilst everyone has the choice these days to book travel independently, when problems arise, it pays dividends to have a professional travel agent who, through their long-standing relationships with key Tour Operators, airlines & hotels is able to quickly source alternative options to minimise disruption, save time and at no extra cost.

We’re working on some lovely Japan itineraries this week & our top recommendation for the best views of Mt. Fuji includes a visit to Lake Kawaguchi where the runs April 1-13 2025. Stroll around the lake, take in the views, admire the blossoms & then enjoy the sparkling lights from sunset to 9pm.
Wonderful for a day trip from Tokyo or stay for a few days to enjoy the whole area.

Last Monday - 2nd June - we were so pleased to once again be awarded as one of the best in the business when we won a place on a power-list of the top agencies in the UK and Ireland by industry bible Travel Trade Gazette. We were one of just three agencies to earn a place on the prestigeous list of Top London Agent!
More than 500 travel agencies and branches put themselves forward for consideration for TTG’s Top 50 Travel Agencies 2020, from which a shortlist of 100 finalists across 20 categories was devised.
