The Luxe Burns Night is about taking tradition and making it extraordinary. From table decorations with antlers, candles, tartan everywhere and the perfect wee hot toddy. A huge LED video wall that created an atmosphere, the twist on haggis, neeps and tatties, into a rich, flavourful soup that left guests talking.

It’s these differences that set Luxe apart. We aim to do things differently, to create events you can’t stop talking about. The food? Unbelievable. The entertainment? Had us laughing all night. Even the ceilidh came with a twist, mixing in dance music to keep everyone on their feet.

To top it all off, every guest left with a Luxe Scottish goodie bag containing haggis crisps, a Tunnock’s tea cake and a can of IRN BRU for the ride home.

Luxe Scot is a dynamic and rapidly growing business, who are seeking a Luxe Administrator to join the team. As a Luxe Administrator, you’ll play a crucial role in supporting our Luxe team and ensuring smooth operations. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work closely with a passionate team in a fast-paced environment.

⭐️ 𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀 - Administrative Support:
- Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling correspondence.
- Maintain accurate records and files related to Luxe operations.

⭐️ 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗺𝘂𝗻𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗦𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘀:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential. - You’ll interact with team members, clients, and external partners.

The Luxe Administrator may encounter tight deadlines or urgent requests. The ability to stay calm and organised under pressure is crucial.
