PRINTED AND MANUFACTURED COORDINATED PRODUCTS

HTS specialise in the printing and manufacturing of coordinated kitchen and home accessory ranges.

Here is a really good example of how a ceramics company converted their hand painted ceramic collection into a printed textile product collection. The designs were colour matched to their existing pottery products, printed on the roll and then manufactured into a kitchen collection with additional pencil cases and washbags.

The fabric is a 309gsm non optic cotton printed using reactive dyes so you achieve really bright colours and no colour loss after washing.

The customer supplied their own bespoke woven labels which we placed in all the products.
The tea towels had a customer labels with a natural loop.
Aprons have customer label, heavy webbing with adjustable d-ring.
Washbags and pencil cases have customer label and both have white PU lining.

This collection is a really good example of how UK digital printing and manufacturing allows you to create a very bespoke engineered print collection at affordable prices. The feedback we are getting from our clients is that their customers are looking for MADE IN THE UK products.

FULL COLOUR DIGITALLY PRINTED TEA TOWELS

Digitally printed bleed out printed tea towels

New collection of digitally printed bespoke tea towels, this is a really good example of how to use digital printing to create a really nice collection of printed tea towels.

The feedback we receive from our customers is they find this form of digital printing really good because you can have mixed designs across your order. The designs are full bleed out which is something that a not a lot of tea towel printers can offer.

The towels are printed with reactive dyes which means the colours are really bright and fully fixed allowing them to be washed and laundered without any colour loss to the print. The fabric is a really nice cotton panama which is also available in a natural version which is very popular at the moment.

HTS offer a full sampling service so you can see the product printed and manufactured before the bulk order. We also have a full bespoke manufacturing service and can add customer labels and loops. ITV Branded cushions for the ITV show Martin Lewis money saving expert

HTS produce another branded cushion to feature on the prime time money saving TV show.

Good example of how digital printing can brand match colours and then our in house sewing team can manufacture them to any bespoke size required.

Digital print both sides with polyester fibre filler with matching hidden zip at the base.

Sorry it’s been a while since our last post but since we launched the new look website in February and it had an immediate effect on business and we have been very busy.

We have so much to tell our customers and hopefully new customers so we are going to do everything we can to make sure that all our new prints and products are posted so you are all kept informed.

Here is a really great example of how digital printing and screen printing can work together to create a great finished collection.

This collection apart from the tea towels has been printed on our new linen.

The cushions are 45cm x 45cm printed linen front with a plain linen reverse nicely finished with a feather filler, hidden zip at the base and our customers own label. This design was set up by the customer to fit the cushion panel and it has worked really well.

The kitchen range was manufactured from what we call “fabric by the metre” this is a directional repeating design that we can cut into anywhere to get the maximum use of the fabric and this has gone across the range in two designs.

The double oven gloves are a top quality product and this collection is finished off with our thermally efficient tufted towelling, if you don’t require the towelling we can replace it with print all over.

Hob covers are a really popular product and these are made with or without the towelling as per the oven gloves, finished with matching binding, loops and customers labels.

Oven gauntlets are a new product and apparently are very popular with budding male chefs or at least that’s what our customers tell us. These are printed on both sides but you could have just the print on one side if required.

Printed tea towels, we screen printed this collection on our unbleached natural 10oz ½ panama and it has printed great and really compliments the other kitchen products and it is a better fabric to use for a tea towel.

The great thing about all our printing and manufacturing is that it is all printed and manufactured in the UK and we take great pride in putting in our own MADE IN THE UK care label displaying this.

Hello everyone and a belated Happy New Year, wishing all our customers and suppliers a happy healthy and successful 2015.

We have not updated Facebook since last year because we have been creating our new website, and anyone who has done this will know what a tricky process this is. HTS would like to say a big thank you to Steve @ Fish designs for all his patience and for doing a great job.

New products are digital or screen printed tea towels on different base cloths, aprons, double oven gloves in different styles, napkins, table linen including runners, make up bags and AGA covers.

These new products sit alongside our very successful existing services which can all be found on the new website.

Nice collection of colour matched bespoke printed cushions with matching piping. This collection is printed front and back on a really nice 250gsm cotton panama with printed striped matching piping.

This is a really good example of how digital printing can create a really bespoke collection of cushions without having to print hundreds of cushions. HTS printed the cushion fronts and backs together and then printed metres of the striped fabric to be cut up into piping. The cushions are all constructed with the matching colours and finished off with nice feather filler. We can also sew in customers own woven labels at no extra charge to give that extra bespoke finish

HTS can offer this service on any of our fabrics and we don’t have large minimum orders and because the print process is digital you can have mixed designs on the same print run.

Linen is becoming a really popular fabric to print on using the base shade as one of the main colours in the design. HTS print on both natural and bleached linen and the weight of the fabric is 256gsm.

HTS can now offer a full manufacturing service making cushions, tea towels, aprons, peg bags, make up bags, oven gloves, oven mitts and arga covers. We can also offer a bespoke manufacturing service but full details would need to be provided.

HTS digitally print on both fabrics but should you require larger amounts at a more competitive price we can offer screen printing options.

HTS has added several new fabrics to their range and re-structured the printing and cushion pricelist.

HTS has purchased large volumes of stock fabrics and this has allowed us to obtain a better price from our fabric merchants and we can now pass on these savings on to our customers.

The price per metre has been cut to offer customers much more competitive print prices and one of the big advantages of digital fabric printing is that you can print more than one order in a single print run and as long as it’s on the same fabric you will qualify for the lower print price.

This lower print price has also transferred over to the cushions pricelist and the immediate feedback we have had from our customers that the new prices are allowing them to venture into new markets. Our pricelist has our three standard cushion sizes but bespoke sizes are also available and available with feather or polyester fillers.

We have added several new fabrics and we have also just commissioned a new linen collection to be woven. There are new cotton fabrics available and we also have a brand new range of contract polyesters which are all fully flame retardant.

HTS are now producing bulk digitally printed tea towels, we offer a full printing and manufacturing service. HTS can print low minimums with a fast turnaround and you can have multiple designs over the single print run. The great thing about digital printing is you can have as many colours as you wish and the designs can be printed edge to edge.

Lots of our customers are now mixing their cushion, aprons and now tea towel orders so we can print the whole order in one print run which allows us to offer them a lower unit cost price.
The tea towels come hemmed on four sides, the colours are fully fixed and can be washed in a standard 40 degree wash and we can sew in customer’s labels at no extra charge.

We have posted this to show a really good example of a design that is perfect for digital printing, this design has so many different colours and such a high level of detail that it would be impossible to print this any other way than digitally. The artist has professionally photographed their appliqué work and then edited the files to prepare them for printing. The feedback we have had back is that the prints are a really good interpretation of the original. The design has been printed on our 309 panama, backed with the same plain fabric and filled with our feather fillers to give it that extra finish.

Digital fabric printing allows customers to print as many colours as they want and there is no extra charge for this. The design repeat does not have to fit into a screen circumference. More and more companies are now switching to digital fabric printing because of the amount of designs and colour ways you can produce in one print run. With our bespoke cushion printing service you can print as many designs as you require in one print run and as long as they are on the same fabric you can have the bulk cheaper prices.

The Nantucket collection is heavier in weight than our previous collection Cuba, it’s a multipurpose, heavy weight brushed cotton weave. This versatile quality fabric has a soft, drapeable handle and great durability with an impressive Martindale abrasion result of 40,000 rubs.

We have just completed this bespoke cushion collection for Channel 4 advertising all their different channels. This is now the second bespoke print and make up collection we have done for a television company, last year we produced the very successful ITV range http://www.htsprint.co.uk/blog/date/2013/02/

The cushions had a printed front with a plain reverse that is exactly colour matched to the background colour on the front of the cushion. It is printed on our new satin fabric which is fully flame retardant and is part of our new fabric collection for 2014. The cushions were nicely finished with black zips and filled with polyester filler, which was all supplied by HTS.

Lots of brands are now using cushions and digital printing to advertise their companies so if it’s good enough for big brands like Virgin, ITV and Channel 4 it’s good enough for you.
