CUBA COMPASSION PROJECT
Proposed dates: 1-9 May 2026
I am planning to take a small group to Cuba with me to help with our charity work, directly providing aid, food and support to the most vunerable people in this desperate time. Together we can help many more people and communities. We are calling on everyone to help us make a bigger difference.
If you would like to join our mission or if you can contribute in anyway please read on and get in touch...
Join a meaningful humanitarian trip to Cuba and help support the most vulnerable people during an incredibly difficult time.
This is a not-for-profit experience combining cultural travel with direct aid work.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
• Source and buy food from local markets
• Cook and prepare large quantities of meals for vulnerable communities
• Deliver food directly to elderly, sick and struggling families
• Visit small communities often overlooked and provide life saving supplies
• Donate essential supplies to hospitals and children’s homes
• Give a smile, a hug and a kind word in this time of need and remind each person they are not forgotton.
CULTURAL EXPERIENCES
Alongside the humanitarian work you will also experience the beauty of the Cuban culture:
• Salsa workshops
• Old Havana walking tour
• Classic car tour
• Local music & dance nights
• Stay in traditional Cuban casas
• Eat in Cuban-run restaurants
This approach supports local self-employed families, ensuring a life-line that they rely on from tourism.
YOUR PART
Participants will raise a minimum sponsorship which will help fund the food and aid delivered during the mission. Each participant will also bring an additional suitcase of essential supplies. How you choose to raise sponsorship is up to you.
If you would like to be part of this meaningful journey and make a real difference, please get in touch NOW!! We don't have a lot of time but we want to raise as much as possible to help this cause.
Cuba is one of the most vibrant places on earth — and right now its people need support more than ever.
I'm posting a few photos with individual stories of some of the people we help. There are many more.
We often work alongside social workers to reach those that need help the most.
Thank you for caring for Cuba
Due to the nature of this mission places have to be limited. If you cannot take part but you would like to make a donation we will provide details shortly.
Each participant will be given a list of basic supplies to collect, you can choose to ask for the donations from friends/ family, sponsorship or however you wish.
