Next stop The Danna Langkawi Resort & Beach Villas on this family half term holiday to Malaysia for one of my clients.. 🌴

The family, with their 2 teenage boys, are staying 5 nights in a stunning 2 bedroom suite in this small luxury hotels of the world.

They have already been to Kula Lumpa, stayed in the jungle and will be heading to Singapore for a few nights to finish off their amazing holiday.

I put together and planned this 14 day holiday for the very lovely R U T H and her family of 5 to Thailand- perfect mix of exploring, adventure and relaxing.

- 2 nights Bangkok
- 4 nights Koh Lak
- 2 nights Elephant Hills
- 5 nights Koh Yao Noi

Thailand is still my most popular destination for families who are looking for the perfect mix of adventure, culture and beautiful beaches.

The cost of an incredible Thailand trip is still had to beat as the standard of hotels and the service is fantastic and once you are there the activities, experineces and eating out is not expensive and the food is amazing everywhere!

Which is why I have a few families returning to Thailand this Christmas, who have been before, but they want to explore new areas and go back to some favourites (I'm actually going this Christmas with my family for the 4th time!)

It's a great choice all year round -we can plan your route and your itinerary to see the best parts of Thailand whenever you want to go- and yes summer is still a great time to visit- even though Phuket, Krabi. Koh Lanta are in wet season we just need to choose the islands around the Gulf Coast- Koh Samui, Koh Phangan, Koh Tao, which are protected and have great weather during the summer.

3 special days in Barcelona.. with my mum and family! I speak to my mum almost every day but actually being away together and no daily distractions was very special- perfect way to start my birthday trip!

We waved them off as we got on from the port in Barcelona

If you can- go on a mini break with your mum! 💗

Yes… I’m going to "sail" into my 50s!🥂🥂

I asked you to guess where I’d be celebrating my big birthday… and now it’s time for the big reveal.

I’ve booked an incredible holiday with – a luxury small ship with an amazing itinerary to the South of France & Italy.

I thought why just celebrate my birthday in 1 amazing place.. definitely a good excuse to drink birthday ch*****ne and have amazing days out in 6 incredible places 🥂🥂👏👏👏

My trip starts with a couple of nights in Barcelona before we board ship for six nights of pure luxury around the Mediterranean.

And I’m so excited about the birthday plans I've made..

🍴 A stunning beach lunch in Menorca
☀️ A gorgeous day exploring Antibes
🥂 Birthday lunch at the iconic in Saint-Tropez
👩‍🍳 A cookery class on a beautiful Sardinian estate
🇮🇹 And a final lunch in Rome before heading home 🥂

I think it's the absolutely perfect way to celebrate turning 50!! 🥂🥂🥂

And yes… the kids are coming too! They’re now 17 and 15, and so excited about the ship -the pickleball court on the top deck (yes it's not padel it's pickle 🥴), the amazing gym, the unlimited matcha and the Asian fusion restaurant.

Better start packing as leaving soon… 🎉🥂

Elephant Hills is one of my best selling resorts- it's perfect for a family looking for that little bit of adventure in their Thailand itinerary.

The stays are all perfectly planned by Elephant Hills- the activities, experiences, the elephants, all your meals, amazing accommodation and so you can just relax and really enjoy it.

I stayed here with my family when my kids were 6 & 8 and they still talk about it nearly 10 years later! Definitely put it on your list!
