🚨Level 3 Off Piste Skiing and Skills Course

Want to improve your confidence, ski ability and backcountry skills? Our Level 3 Off Piste Skiing and Skills course is aimed at off-piste skiers and ski tourers who want to ski more fluidly and confidently in a wider variety of terrain.

👀 The week in Chamonix is run by an IFMGA Guide who is also a BASI ski instructor, and includes a mix of off-piste and ski tours. The days may start with uplift and could involve venturing into more technical and challenging terrain.

❓ This is an intermediate course. You need to have done a number of week-long ski touring or off-piste ski holidays, including using skins and touring equipment, and be comfortable skiing on typical off piste/ski touring terrain in a range of snow conditions.

🚨NEW TRIP: Off Piste Skiing and Skills Course – Level 4

Are you a keen backcountry skier and want to step up a level and venture into more technical terrain?

👀 Our level 4 Off Piste Skiing and Skills course is aimed at fit, experienced backcountry skiers who want to learn how to access more technical terrain. This course is run by an IFMGA Guide who is also a BASI ski instructor and we’ll be using ski touring and mountaineering kit each day to access technical day tours and ski descents around the Mont Blanc range. This will include the use of ropes and sections of boot packing, as well as coaching jump turns and other skills useful for more difficult terrain.

❓ This is an advanced-level course. You need to have done a number of week-long ski touring or off-piste ski holidays and be comfortable skiing on typical off-piste/ski touring terrain in a range of snow conditions. You need to be happy in steeper terrain and more difficult snow conditions, but want to improve your style and technique.
