❓We get asked these questions a lot - so here’s the lowdown!
We want to make booking and staying at our caravan as smooth as possible, so here are a few quick answers to your most frequently asked questions:
🗓️ Q: Why do you offer set break dates?
A: We follow the same changeover days as Haven because they only allow entertainment passes to be purchased for set check-in/check-out days. We’ve occasionally made exceptions for guests who don’t want passes - just message us and we’ll see what we can do!
🎟️ Q: Are Haven entertainment passes included?
A: Passes aren’t included, as Haven doesn’t allow private owners to purchase them for guests. But don’t worry once your deposit is paid, and guest form is complete, we’ll register your stay and Haven will email you a link to buy passes directly if you want them!
🕒 Q: What are the check-in and check-out times?
A: Check-in is from 3pm and check-out is by 10am. This gives our lovely cleaners time to make sure everything is spotless and ready for you!
