Don’t forget the best time to ask from allah is right before, during and after the call to prayer

It is preferred for the fasting person to hasten in breaking the fast when the sun has set.

Sahl ibn Sad reported that the Prophet said..

“My Ummah will always enjoy blessings so long as they hasten to break their fast (as soon as the sun has set).” (Al-Bukhari and Muslim)

Abu Hurayrah (may Allah be pleased with him) narrated that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: ⁣

“Do not make your houses (like) graveyards, for the shaytan flees from a house in which Surah al-Baqarah is read.”⁣
⁣
Abū Hurayrah (may Allāh be pleased with him) used to say about the house in which the Qur’ān is recited in:⁣
⁣
“It becomes spacious for its inhabitants, ⁣
the good of it becomes plentiful, ⁣
the angels come to it and the devils leave it.”⁣
⁣
“The house in which the Qur’ān is not recited becomes cramped for its inhabitants, has little good in it, and the devils come to it.” {1}⁣
⁣
‘Abdullāh b. Masʿūd (May Allāh be pleased with him) said:⁣
⁣
“The house in which the Qur’ān is not recited is like a derelict house that has no one to maintain it.”⁣
⁣
And he also said:⁣
⁣
“Verily the emptiest of houses are those that are empty of the Book of Allāh.”⁣
