✈️Out of Office Incoming✈️

I will be heading to Rhodes on Thursday morning with my best friend to enjoy a few days of R n R at the beautiful LUX ME Grecotel Dama Dama in Rhodes.

I can not wait to see what the hotel has to offer not just for couples but families too....I have my site inspection booked with the hotel manager already. 🫢.

Im also looking forward to enjoying the All Inclusive plus which means I will sample the finest cocktails and eat in the included A la Carte restaurants too.....all for research purposes of course.

I will be in the office until Wednesday late afternoon if you need me. I'm working through messages and quotes as quickly as I can plus making sure my customer's who are due to travel soon have everything they need.

When a large family holiday has quite specific requirements this hotel fit the bill.

✔️ A quality high standard All-inclusive hotel.
✔️ Family friendly room options.
✔️ Adult only rooms and sections of the hotel
✔️Accessible for older family members
✔️Central location within the resort.

The TUI Sensatori Biomar in Majorca ticked all the boxes for a family of mixed generations needing their own space but to also enjoy a quality high end All Inclusive experience together.

Ages ranged from 2 years to mid 70's so we needed a family friendly option that suited them all.

They loved it so much we are pricing it again to travel next year.

Customers sharing their amazing stay at the Royal Hideaway Corales Beach in Tenerife.

A luxury Adult Only hotel in the resort of La Caleta.

We booked the Junior Suite Ocean front room with its very own hot tub on their large balcony.

It really is stunning.

How things can change within a matter of hours.

Navigating the air traffic control situation at the airport was certainly a challenge. Travel disruption isn't ideal and can be very stressful and upsetting but I did what I could to help my customers as did my Travel Counsellor community.....thank you ❤️

Can I have marks out of 10 please for the pear I grew on my tree in the garden.....its a beauty. 🍐

Hoping today is kinder to us all, I may need a little snooze later.

Routines have resumed with both my children back to school but so as has the priority hair appointment to reinstate my red to cover those greys.

My Travel shop this morning is open so I can reply to emails, work on some quotes and catch up with customers due to travel soon.

If you need me I'll be here for a couple of hours before I head back to my office so please get in touch.

September so far has been super busy which is great....thank you to those who have been in touch and booked some amazing holidays to look forward to ✈️❤️

An interesting article posted by Which.

Their in house travel editor created a fake holiday apartment to take new bookings at....10 Downing street and it was approved😬.

They even made a booking and paid for it too to see if it would go through and it did.

It highlights how easily fake profiles or accommodation bookings can be created that dont actually exist.

I do get asked or get sent screen shots from this online booking company by customers wanting me to book them but find I can either never get them available or if we can pricing can be very different.

Always do your homework first before paying for something online. What can appear to be genuine might not always be the case.

By booking with me you can contact me by phone to speak to me, via messages directly to me, email or even sometimes in person(if local enough). You know exactly who I am and what I do.

Into the month of September already....the summer has just flown by hasn't it?

Received my first flow of customer satisfaction score result emails this week and thought I would share them.

It makes the job that I do even more rewarding when I have helped customers and they are happy with the service they receive. I firmly believe that when you buy something from someone the service you receive should always be a part of what you pay for.

We've had an amazing day onboard the Majestic Princess Cruise Ship.

An amazing opportunity for myself and my family to experience what a cruise holiday has to offer.

Our day began with refreshments and the resident magician showing us a snippet of what kind of entertainment to expect.

We then explored the ship....all 19 decks looking at all the restaurant options available, what activities you can take part in, the casino definitely has the wow factor and we even enjoyed the pools and hot tubs.

The large cinema screen above the top deck pools was really good. Music plays during the day or you can enjoy a movie under the stars at night.

There really is something for everyone.
