Are you ready for another bake off?

We are super excited that we are bringing back the JMK Bake Off!! This year we're doing things slightly differently as we begin round one... the head to heads.

Our team has been divided up into pairs, and each pair will go head to head baking delicious goods for our team and some of our lucky clients. We will each do a blind taste test and place our votes for our winner.

The winner of each pair will go into round two.

When Kimberly Miners Welfare FC reached out for sponsorship of their new collaboration kit with Priory Celtic, it was a no brainer for me. The club's played a significant part in my younger years, not only that, this gave me the opportunity to give back to them.

Have you ever asked yourself "what if the worst happens".

Not many of us would let ourselves go there, but no one can predict the future, so are we leaving our entire life savings up to chance?

Ever have months where you don't know where your money has gone?

We’ve all been there.

It’s easy to make ourselves feel guilty for failing to plan, so let's try and stop that before next months pay.

Fancy a challenge? 🤺

Write down your expected income, write down your regular outgoings, what you have left needs to last the month, divide by 4. This is a really basic form of budgeting.

Still spend it all too quickly, it might be time to look at creating a budget in further detail.

What?!

Our advisors look at pension pots all day every day, and we were shocked at this statistic. Without looking at what is in your pension, you really are leaving your retirement to chance.

If this is you, you are not alone. In our experience:

😱 Many don’t know what is in their pension, we may have a goal in mind but don’t know how to reach it

😱 Many underestimate how much they need to put away for retirement as they have forgotten to account for the variables

😱 Many don’t prioritise saving for their retirement, check on their progress or don’t have a plan at all
