Normal service has resumed… both girls are back in school today!

So, what can you expect from me in September?

More regular posts and holiday offers, quicker replies, plenty of new quotes and more time to properly research, compare and tailor each holiday to the people travelling.

September is also a big month for travel offers, with many of the main holiday companies introducing new discounts and promotions. If I’ve already given you a price, or you’ve seen a holiday you’re interested in, please get back in touch. I can reprice it for you and see whether there are any new savings available.

A lot of my time recently has been spent sorting out the little niggles and more serious issues some of my customers have faced while they’ve been away. It’s an important reminder that my support doesn’t finish once you’ve booked your holiday. If something doesn’t go to plan — and sometimes it doesn’t — I’ll be here to help you.

This is also where booking your holiday as a package can make such a difference. You have the reassurance and financial protection of ABTA and, where applicable, ATOL to fall back on, together with my personal support and the backing of a major, trusted name like Hays Travel.

I really needed to see this tonight.

This customer has summed up in one little review exactly what I try so hard to offer — help with your booking, competitive prices and good communication.

It’s been a long six weeks juggling work and the children. Honestly, keeping up with all the messages and getting back to everyone as quickly as I’d like has been a real struggle at times. That plays on my mind because giving you a good service matters to me. Thank you for being patient.

One of the hardest things is sending quotes and not hearing back. I know price matters, but if I don’t know what isn’t right, I can’t help.

If it’s too expensive, the hotel isn’t quite your thing or you’ve found something cheaper, please tell me. There’s no awkwardness and no pressure to book. **A little update on Disneyland Paris enquiries**

Disneyland Paris is one of my most popular enquiries and bookings—I’m becoming a bit of a Disney expert by now! 😂

If you’ve contacted me over recent months and I haven’t yet been able to give you a price, I wanted to explain why.

Disney hotel and park ticket packages and flights don’t always go on sale at the same time. Until everything is available for your dates, I can’t give you an accurate price for the complete holiday.

The Disney booking system I use is due to open stays beyond 31 March 2027 in early September. Once those dates open, I can check the prices and flight availability from your preferred airport.

**If you’ve been in touch before and are still interested, please send me a little message!** Let me know your dates, preferred airport and children’s ages when travelling, so I have your latest plans ready.

This time last week, I was sipping cocktails in the sunshine… back to reality now!

I’m still working my way through a huge number of holiday quotes – and some fantastic holidays have been booked this week too!
