THE ROUTE OF THE 10 TUNNELS 🚵‍♂️
Its official name is Ćiro and it is a bike route from Dubrovnik in the south of Croatia to Mostar in Bosnia and Herzegovina. This cycling route follows an original steam locomotive railway which was built in 1903 and closed in 1976. In November 2017 it was re-opened as a unique cycling trail.

The route passes by stunning landscapes: the green valley of Popovo Polje, Trebišnjica and Neretva rivers, the rural areas and small villages of Herzegovina and picturesque and historical towns of Dubrovnik, Mostar and Počitelj. This is a unique bike ride which gives you an opportunity to explore a new corner of the world, see a unique scenery and taste great local food 💙

Kjeragbolten is one of the most challenging yet spectacular hikes in Norway and provides unparalleled and breathtaking views of the 42Km-long Lysefjorden. It’s a giant 5-cubic-metre boulder wedged in a mountain crevasse. It is possible to walk onto the rock without any equipment, however, it is suspended above a 984-metre (3,228 ft) deep abyss! 😳

“At first glance, this picture looks like a drone shot of a lone climber standing on top of an incredible spire in the Trango Towers area of Pakistan. You might think I had planned to capture this climber in this position.
You'd be wrong!
This picture was completely unplanned, and in fact I have no idea who that climber is. I shot this image while I was climbing Trango Tower (20,469 ft) with the late David Lama and Peter Ortner (._peter ) in 2011. It was surreal to look over and see another person in this absolutely remote environment. It was one of those serendipitous gifts that you sometimes get as a photographer if you're in the right position at the right time.”

How much gear you’d need for a bike tour? 🚴‍♂️

Here’s a piece of advice from Alex Sidneу : “This is how much I bring for mine. It’s just over 45kg of stuff, or 155kg including me and the bike too.

On a bike tour you need to plan for the worst. Bring that spare inner tube (or three), the whole toolset and maybe even a spare cassette. Somehow, the one thing you don’t bring will always be the thing that breaks when you’re in the middle of nowhere. So it’s good to know how to improvise.

Apart from the basics (clothes, camping gear, cooking stuff, food, tools and repair stuff, electronics, waterproofs etc), the most important thing you can bring are… cable ties!
They literally solve everything 😂, from a ripped saddlebag to a broken rack.”
