Mental Health Awareness Week
Life is full of challenges, and good mental health is not a constant.
This Mental Health Awareness Week the theme is 'take action' to support good mental health. Even small actions can help us feel hopeful and less powerless. And while our individual actions matter, when we come together we are even more powerful. For ideas on actions - take a look at some ideas on the attached.
We have inhouse Mental Health First Aiders who are available to provide confidential support and guidance to anyone who needs it.
