With over 30 years in the Travel Industry i am experienced with designing simple or complicated holidays, city breaks, cruises, flights and anything you need to create the perfect holiday. I started working in the industry aged 18 straight from taking a Diploma in Travel and Tourism. After a brief flirtation in cruising with P&O and then Princess Cruises I focused on longhaul tailormade holidays s
tarting at P&O Air Holidays and moving to companies such as Austravel, Australian Affair, Ebookers, lastminute.com and Quest Travel. My roles in Senior Management in these companies took me further away from the side of travel I enjoyed, that being creating holidays for my customers. So it has been wonderful, thanks mainly to the appearance of my daughter, that I have gone back to my 'roots' and have an extensive repeat and referred customer portfolio whom I thoroughly enjoy working with. Everything I arrange is bespoke. It does not matter if it's a detailed longhaul holiday or a short city break, it is always put together based on my individual customers needs and requirements, nothing is 'off the shelf' as our requirements are as unique as we are as people. I will not work with mainstream Tour Operators, where possible, and if I am unable to source a product or holiday via one of our many thousand of direct contract suppliers then I will reach out and work with bespoke niche operators located here in the UK or with one of our many Destination Management companies in resort with whom we contract. Indeed these last two years have further reinforced my philosophy as I have had to cancel and change so many holidays. This has been done with ease as I have been the one in control alongside the relevant service provider making it simple to obtain refunds or to amend. I am at your side from the moment you contact me through to when you return home from your holiday. Should you have any concerns or problems in resort then I am here to help and am backed up by an amazing 24/7 team and between us we have plenty of experience (thanks to covid) of calmly handling and solving all sorts of problems and concerns. I can arrange literally any type of arrangement from private plane charter, cruises, private yachts, luxury longhaul and short haul holidays & city breaks, UK holidays, Honeymoons etc. However, my main area of expertise lies in Australia, Asia, Indian Ocean, New Zealand, South Pacific, Middle East, Canda and the USA where I was based in Manhattan responsible for the North America operation which included 15 locations including one in Canada.
