Happy Christmas, everyone 🎄
It's been a hectic year, and I haven’t had much time to fish for myself, but when a fish like this pops up, it fires the spark straight back up and reminds you why we love it.
The Thames is really waking up again. With the seals moved on, the fish are back out doing their thing, and there’s been some proper big carp caught this year — probably more than I’ve ever known.
Winter is the time for something special, and from now until the end of the season it’s full steam ahead. Time to bag a proper winter chunk or two.
Got three Europe trips lined up for next year already, with more possibly on the way. The buzz is back, the plans are moving, and things are about to get busy again.
