We are looking to expand our amazing pre departure concierge team.

As Concierge, you will play a vital role within the team ensuring an exemplary experience for our clients travelling on their chosen holiday.

You will be the main point of contact for our clients in the lead up to their trip, helping to plan unforgettable experiences down to the finest detail from restaurants to day trips. Spa treatments to transfers. This is an exciting opportunity to join a new team in a start up business.

You are responsible for creating ‘memorable Moments’, which is part of what makes our clients unique.

You must be excellent at building rapport, with exceptional attention to detail, and ideally have good experience of travelling.
An interest for luxury travel is essential as you will be planning details with clients.

Job details:

Working together with the sales team and taking the lead with client requests, details and administration post-sales.

Curating destination travel guides with restaurant, tour and activity recommendations – an opportunity to upsell and be creative.

Updating client documentation for upcoming trips, which may include updating the pricing.

Collecting balance payments from clients, invoicing and taking payments for any additional services booked.

Building a little black book of the best restaurants and guides in popular destinations

Providing professional and knowledgeable information on our services such as additional tours, restaurant reservations/recommendations and any additional special travel requests that clients may have

Gathering information from clients via email and phone, recording data in our bespoke booking system and sharing this information with suppliers where necessary.

Ideally a background in one of the following; customer service, guest relations, lifestyle management, luxury travel
