💙 Mindful Travel Monday 💙

I'm excited to introduce a new weekly feature on Sun Rae's Travel... Mindful Travel Monday.

As many of you know, I'm a mum to a neurodiverse young adult, and over the years I've learned that travel isn't always as simple as packing a suitcase and heading to the airport.

For many families, travelling can bring worries about crowds, noise, routine changes and unfamiliar environments.

One thing that's helped us is creating a simple visual timeline of the travel day, from leaving home to arriving at the hotel. Knowing what comes next can make a huge difference.

I hope this new series will provide practical tips, reassurance and support for anyone who finds travel a little overwhelming, whether that's because of neurodiversity, anxiety, accessibility needs, or simply a fear of the unknown.

Travel should be for everyone. 💙
