As a growing, full-service travel agency based in Hendon, we are looking for a passionate, sales-driven Travel Consultant / Holiday Specialist to join our team and play a key role in our continued growth.

The Opportunity
This is not a back-office booking role. We are looking for someone who owns their enquiries from first contact through to post-travel follow-up — someone who builds trust, inspires confidence, and delivers beyond expectation.
You will handle a mix of leisure and selected corporate travel enquiries, creating tailor-made itineraries and ensuring every client receives expert advice and seamless service.

What You’ll Be Doing
• Managing leisure holiday and corporate travel enquiries end-to-end
• Designing tailor-made itineraries that excite and convert
• Providing competitive, accurate quotations with strong conversion focus
• Booking flights, hotels, transfers, tours and ancillary services
• Liaising confidently with airlines, DMCs and global suppliers
• Proactively following up to secure bookings and maximise revenue
• Handling amendments, changes and after-sales support with professionalism
• Contributing to team targets and driving sales performance

What We’re Looking For
We want someone ambitious, commercially aware, and confident in their product knowledge.
Essential:
• 3–5 years’ experience in a travel agency or tour operator
• Strong background in leisure holiday sales (long-haul preferred)
• Some exposure to corporate travel
• Working knowledge of GDS systems (Amadeus / Galileo)
• Excellent communication and client relationship skills
• Ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced office environment
• Full right to work in the UK
