Chef Dominique Crenn returns to Les Bateaux Belmond.

For her second year as culinary curator, Chef Crenn brings a new menu inspired by the place where her own culinary story began: the family table. Rooted in her philosophy of “poetic culinaria”, each dish tells a story through refined family recipes, including terrine of lobster with kari gosse, raviole with mushroom consommé, poulet à la Bretonne with smoked crème fraiche, and a traditional fondant baulois from Crenn’s hometown of Brittany.

Drift through Burgundy along the Canal de Bourgogne aboard Les Bateaux Belmond, with our private floating villas Lilas, Marguerite and Fleur De Lys exploring one of France’s most iconic waterways. Glide past vineyard-clad hills and quiet villages, discovering the region’s legendary wines and timeless rural beauty at an unhurried pace.

Coquelicot: Jaulgonne to Châlons-en-Champagne

On day six, disembark in Reims for an exclusive visit to V***e Clicquot, descending into the UNESCO-listed crayères that stretch for 24km beneath the estate. Return to Coquelicot in Châlons-en-Champagne for a final farewell dinner on board. Disembark the next morning, completing your journey through Champagne.
