Amilla you have been a dream as usual. Third visit and it feels like going back home every time. The island, the jungle, the villas, the reef but mostly the people feel like a known territory that we come to love every time more and more. What makes this island so unique it’s a combination of factors: the natural beauty, the colours, the simplicity of its layout which enhances the island, the food at the various outlets but most importantly the staff. Their smiles, their attentiveness, their friendliness goes above and beyond every time. Before you think of something has already been taken care of by the lovely staff.
We have met new people but also seen few familiar faces from the previous visits which has been a joy. This island has a strong heart ❤️ but also has my heart. I will miss the daily cycles, the crashing of the waves and the calling of the Asian Koel. We will be back one day Amilla I am sure of that.
