If you land in at 10 pm and take a cab for 1000 NPR (you shouldn’t pay more than 500 though) to go to your hotel, the whole city seems dead and sleeping. For my surprise when I reached Patan area at the house where I was staying, my very kind host told me that this is one of the 7 hours electricity cut that city faces everyday. I thought it only happens in my country.
