🍽️ Fun fact: Kleftiko literally means “stolen”. It comes from the old tradition of slow cooking lamb in sealed ovens or underground pits so the aroma wouldn’t give away its location. Today it’s melt in your mouth, fall off the bone perfection you have to try on the island.
