Great news… I’m very much looking forward to leading the next tour for The Royal Parks in St James’s Pk next Friday because there are some new additions…. Four baby pelicans!

I recently spotted that the old carved and gilded barbershop/hairdresser sign at 205 Kings Cross Road has been replaced with a modern plastic sign. I am disappointed to say the least.

Boo hoo. Oh woe is me.
All walks and talks cancelled this week until at least Wed4 as the shape shifting bug I am hosting (not Covid) has transformed from sneezes and sniffs to a deep hacking cough.
I’d say aaargh but it hurts to do that!

I've just received a really lovely review on TripAdvisor. Here's the last part:

"The London walking market is awash with options for tourists but I highly recommend that you book one of Jane's walks. She is extremely professional, knowledgeable and friendly. London locals will always see things or learn about history that they've been unaware of. Tourists will have a guide who properly researches her walks and offers a slightly quirky take on areas of London that even Locals are unaware of. Walks are gentle, normally around 2 hours, and start and end in places that have good transport links."

Wow! I'm chuffed! Makes it all worthwhile.

How about a Summetime Stroll?

These are longer/cheaper routes available for subscribers to my mailouts. Same sort of thing as the Twixtmas walks I organise Dec-Jan.
