El Torcal de Antequera is a mountain as high as Ben Nevis with some amazing rock formations. We are running trips at the end of every month to various hiking trails around Andalusia. Hope you can make one weekend.

RIP to all the souls lost to health trends. May their families find peace too. Real scientific health habits never become trends because they evolve over time and are usually conservative and boring. But they are safe because they take into account the vast differences between people’s constitutions. Let’s stop following health trends and do the real hard work instead.
