THIS HELPED ME ENORMOUSLY, THAT'S WHY I WANTED TO SHARE WITH YOU. ๐
I went ahead with a short travelling experience even without Ania (my wife) just after the Sadhguru course.
But why alone? You see nowadays, I intentionally practise the mantra/ motto " ๐ข๐ ๐ ๐๐๐ง'๐ญ ๐ฆ๐๐ค๐ ๐ฆ๐ฒ๐ฌ๐๐ฅ๐ ๐ก๐๐ฉ๐ฉ๐ฒ ๐ ๐๐๐ง'๐ญ ๐ฆ๐๐ค๐ ๐จ๐ญ๐ก๐๐ซ๐ฌ ๐ก๐๐ฉ๐ฉ๐ฒ". Coincidentally I was reading a Harvard research on mental health and Dr Fretes says one of the biggest issues with us is, ๐ฐ๐ ๐ญ๐๐ค๐ "๐ฆ๐ ๐ญ๐ข๐ฆ๐" ๐๐ฌ ๐ ๐๐ฎ๐ฑ๐ฎ๐ซ๐ฒ.
Also something I learned from a ๐ฆ๐จ๐ง๐๐ฌ๐ญ๐๐ซ๐ฒ ๐ข๐ง ๐ญ๐ก๐ ๐๐ข๐ฆ๐๐ฅ๐๐ฒ๐๐ฌ, ๐ญ๐ก๐ข๐ง๐ค ๐จ๐ ๐จ๐ฎ๐ซ ๐ฆ๐ข๐ง๐ ๐จ๐ซ ๐ก๐๐๐ซ๐ญ ๐๐ฌ ๐ ๐๐จ๐ฐ๐ฅ. ๐๐๐ง ๐ฒ๐จ๐ฎ ๐ ๐ข๐ฏ๐ ๐ฌ๐จ๐ฆ๐๐ญ๐ก๐ข๐ง๐ ๐๐ซ๐จ๐ฆ ๐๐ง ๐๐ฆ๐ฉ๐ญ๐ฒ ๐๐จ๐ฐ๐ฅ?
So my friends I highly encourage you to create every day and ๐ญ๐ก๐ข๐ฌ ๐ข๐ฌ ๐ ๐๐ข๐ ๐ ๐ข๐, ๐ฌ๐๐ก๐๐๐ฎ๐ฅ๐ ๐ข๐ญ. As Marie Forleo says ๐๐ ๐ข๐ญ ๐๐จ๐๐ฌ๐ง'๐ญ ๐ ๐๐ญ ๐ฌ๐๐ก๐๐๐ฎ๐ฅ๐๐, ๐ข๐ญ ๐ข๐ฌ ๐ง๐จ๐ญ ๐ ๐จ๐ข๐ง๐ ๐ญ๐จ ๐ก๐๐ฉ๐ฉ๐๐ง.
๐๐ก๐ฒ ๐ ๐๐ฆ ๐ฌ๐ก๐๐ซ๐ข๐ง๐ ๐ญ๐ก๐ข๐ฌ ๐ฐ๐ข๐ญ๐ก ๐ฒ๐จ๐ฎ? because this little shift in our in my mindset has helped me enormously. It gives me so much peace, it has helped me heal my relations, stay calm even when people are rude or nasty.
Keeping a focus on this mindset makes me emotionally empowered because my bowl gets is filled with good emotions. This doesn't mean I don't have my down days, of course, I do but ๐๐ญ ๐ฅ๐๐๐ฌ๐ญ ๐ญ๐ก๐ ๐๐ฑ๐ญ๐๐ซ๐ง๐๐ฅ ๐ฐ๐จ๐ซ๐ฅ๐ ๐ก๐๐ฌ ๐ฅ๐๐ฌ๐ฌ ๐๐๐๐๐๐ญ ๐จ๐ง ๐ฆ๐.
It helps me, not to push my temper to the edge so that even a small thing cannot make me snap.

๐๐ญ๐๐ฉ ๐จ๐ง๐: ๐ ๐ข๐ง๐ฏ๐ข๐ญ๐ ๐ฒ๐จ๐ฎ ๐ญ๐จ ๐ฃ๐ฎ๐ฌ๐ญ ๐๐ฅ๐จ๐ฌ๐ ๐ฒ๐จ๐ฎ๐ซ ๐๐ฒ๐๐ฌ ๐๐จ๐ซ ๐๐๐ฐ ๐ฆ๐ข๐ง๐ฌ (put your headphones on to give yourself undivided attention) and think of your "me time"/s and how can you create more of them on a daily basis.
