✨ What an incredible 3 days at Daios Cove, Crete for the annual Carrier Luxury Holidays Retreat ✨
Grateful doesn’t even begin to cover it.
This was so much more than a beautiful hotel stay (although Daios Cove truly is exceptional — get in touch if you’d like to know more 👀). It was a few days packed with inspiration, learning, and connection.
We had powerful sessions with , alongside brilliant insights from and , and with constant change in our industry — it makes the conversations even more valuable.
The best part? The people. 💙
Three days of connecting with inspiring travel professionals, sharing ideas, laughing, learning, and building future plans together.
I was also honoured to join the agents’ panel — such a privilege to share experiences and learn from others in equal measure.

On Friday night, we were delighted to attend the A List Awards at Sopwell House in Hertfordshire and were thrilled to win the award for Outstanding Luxury Team of the Year 👏🥳 a great achievement and an amazing team!
