Have you ever thought of travelling the world and enjoying cultures and wild places? Well we have and we have organized an extraordinary opportunity for you to entertain, educate and broaden your mind while having a great time travelling with a small group of fun lively people from UK. I (Ken) came up with this idea because I went on many fantastic trips on my own for a while and took great photos

etc but later on when I share those with people in my life the experience was very different. I remember the experience but all they have is a concept of it which never ever can match my experience. But when I have been to various places with friends and then when we talk about it later, the experience of it still lives like it is happening now. This is what I would like you and your friends to experience. These trips are magical (even if you come with us on your own, you will meet really fantastic people with whom you can share and reminisce with later.)

Run’s in the habit!

11th 10K in 22 days! But I really didn’t want to run. Its a little triumph because after my Run 365 Challenge where I ran an average of 8K a day for 365 days I took a little break, only for a couple of weeks. But boy was it hard to get back into the habit of running.

Maxwell Matlz said, it takes 21 days repetition to make somethinginto a habit, and I get it. But what he didnt say was that it takes a strong foundation set in the mind to make something into a habit.
