Another Great British Experience
We were at the landmark Isle of Man TT just a couple of weeks ago, after my many decades of absence. Think I was last there in 1970 and first went as a four year old in 1966, with my father who had been going since the early 50s and was Sales Manager of Triumph Engineering in the 60s before it became . It was amazing to meet the greats like Percy Tait, Mike Hailwood and Giacomo Agostini back in the day even though I was perhaps too young to appreciate how special that experience was.
So an honour and privilege to be back at one of the most challenging races in the world, hats off to some of the most skilled and courageous people on the planet and to spend time in the company of a great bunch of people; and although we did not bump into , or , or we caught some of the crews film the up coming movie ‘Isle of Man’. Thanks to and The Raven Ballaugh and everyone for great hospitality and thanks to Maria - her first time - for the great footage and action pics! Roll on 2027. And looking forward to the movie!
