We’ve teamed up with Oxyski to offer complimentary guided skiing across La Plagne and the vast Paradiski area for guests staying at Graciosa. Guiding runs on Monday and Tuesday mornings.

We asked some of our youngest VIP guests to tell their chalet host the best part of their February half-term ski holiday, and the answers did not disappoint.

From pancakes on Pancake Day to the hot tub and skiing, it’s the little things that make a family ski holiday so special. Our chalet hosts are the ones behind many of those moments, from flipping the pancakes to making sure every child feels at home, and they love hearing what made the week memorable, and so do we.

We have partnered with the ESF in Les Arcs and Osyski in Val d’Isère and La Plagne to provide complimentary ski guiding on the first two mornings of your holiday when staying with us in Bear Lodge, the Graciosa and selected Hameau de Bellevarde chalets.

High-altitude and snow-sure, with skiing up to 3,197m at the Pissaillas glacier, this is one of the most reliable resorts in the French Alps for guaranteed snow.

It’s part of the vast Tignes - Val d’Isère ski area, offering world-class terrain for every ability, from gentle blues to legendary black runs like the Face de Bellevarde.

Bear Cubs, our dedicated childcare service, has been running in Les Arcs for several years and opened in La Plagne last winter too.

From 4 months to 7 years, your little ones will have endless fun both indoors and out. Arts and crafts, treasure hunts and storytelling in the playroom, building igloos, sledging and hot chocolate stops outside, right next to the piste, so you can wave to them from the slopes without even popping your bindings.

Older children (8+) get their own space too, with Polar Bears activities including junior pub quizzes, water polo in the pool and time in the cinema club.

Open 9am to 5pm every day (except Thursday, when we finish at 1pm), so you can book as much or as little as you need.
