Its been a while since we did a retreat but we finally have one in the planning! Bali for 7 days in a magical hotel in Ubud. The dates and prices are still to be confirmed but we are thinking of 28th September or 12th October 2015. Let us know your preferences!

We have a choice of the first or second week in September.....which dates would you prefer to spend on a beautiful island, relaxing by the blue ocean, eating fresh seafood and drinking pina coladas......oh, and practising your pilates or yoga, or even doing a complete detox?
