3 things I ALWAYS do when booking a holiday now ✈️💸

And honestly… this is how I’ve saved nearly £3,000 in the last 19 months 😅

1️⃣ I book flights separately
I always look at direct flights where possible.. less stress, fewer delays, and I’ve got way more control over each part of the trip instead of being tied into one package.

2️⃣ I stay flexible with dates
This is a big one. I work around my life (and my NHS shifts 👩‍⚕️) but I’ll always play around with dates to see what’s cheapest and means I use the least annual leave.
A day or two difference can save SO much.

3️⃣ I don’t panic book
I never rush into booking just because I’ve picked a date. If it doesn’t feel like a good deal, I leave it.
That flexibility is what makes travel more affordable.

✨ Bonus tip:
I always book accommodation directly through my own system.. and 9 times out of 10 I can beat the prices you’ll find online.

That’s literally how I’ve:
✔️ saved thousands
✔️ travelled more
✔️ and built an extra income alongside it

Benidorm is one of those places that people LOVE to judge… 😅

I’ve been twice — once more on the lively side… and once staying a bit further out with the kids.

And honestly? Completely different experiences.

The family side is actually so easy..
everything close
loads to do
great beaches
and just a really simple, stress-free holiday

It’s one of those places that might not be “Instagram aesthetic”…
but it works. And sometimes that’s exactly what you need.

Would I go again? Yes
Would I recommend it? Also yes

Half term sunshine without the stress of long flights ☀️✈️

I’ve just found this for May half term in Tenerife and it’s such a good option for families 👇

It’s one of those easy, no-fuss holidays where everything is on your doorstep — perfect if you just want sunshine, a pool, and somewhere the kids are happy 🙌
