One of London’s best kept dining secrets sits behind a Grade II listed Edwardian frontage in Holborn.
Inside , The Pie Room at Holborn Dining Room is a working kitchen dedicated to one of Britain’s most iconic dishes. Pork pies, beef wellingtons, pâté en croûtes and pithiviers, all crafted by hand every day.
Walk past Tuesday to Thursday and you can collect one straight from The Pie Hole, the street side takeaway hatch, between 11am and 3pm.
By night, the kitchen transforms. The counter where the pies are made becomes a private dining room for ten. One of the most intimate seats in London, hidden in plain sight.
Would you book the counter for ten, or grab a pie from the hatch?
