Chatbots. Love ‘em or hate ‘em, they’re often the first point of communication for a business.

Increasingly they’re driven by AI.

Which is great… until you have questions with some nuance (oh my), need some advice rather than the next best answer (good lord), or just want to talk to a real person who likes to travel, too.

Our bot is called Val. Or Barbara. Or Karolina. Or Alba. Or Lynn. It’s anyone in our team who is logged in to ‘man the bot’ that day.

You’ll have a real conversation with a real human - someone who’s obsessed with travel - and is sat there ready to jump out their skin when the chatbot ring goes off (it’s a doozie.)
