The 207-metre vessel carries just 95 residential-style suites, each with expansive terraces and uninterrupted views, creating a sense of space and privacy rarely found in yachting. Set in Cadenabbia on Lake Como’s western shore, The Lake Como EDITION brings a more contemporary perspective to one of Italy’s most storied destinations. A modern-day machiya in the heart of Miyagawa-cho

Capella Kyoto brings a contemporary calm to one of the city’s most historic quarters. Beside Kenninji, in the geiko district of Miyagawa-cho, the four-storey property by Kengo Kuma & Associates with interiors by Brewin Design Office reinterprets the machiya townhouse with 89 rooms and 29 suites arranged around a central courtyard of water and garden.
