Property of the Month: Four Seasons I, Yachts

A new horizon for modern yachting.

Four Seasons I redefines luxury at sea. The 207-metre vessel carries just 95 residential-style suites, each with expansive terraces and uninterrupted views, creating a sense of space and privacy rarely found in yachting. Design draws from the golden age of sailing, translated through a contemporary lens with light, proportion and seamless indoor-outdoor living.

Voyages move across the Mediterranean, Caribbean and Bahamas, balancing iconic destinations with quieter anchorages. From Saint-Tropez and the Greek Isles to Hydra and Montenegro, each journey is curated around access, pace and personal preference. Marina Days transform the vessel into a floating waterfront, opening directly onto the sea.

On board, 11 dining venues, including Sedna’s rotating Michelin-led residencies, position the Yacht as a culinary destination. Wellness unfolds through L’Oceana Spa, with advanced therapies, thermal experiences and daily practices designed for restoration at sea.

Property of the Month: The Lake Como EDITION

A historic palazzo, recast with a sharper point of view.

Set in Cadenabbia on Lake Como’s western shore, The Lake Como EDITION brings a more contemporary perspective to one of Italy’s most storied destinations. Within a reimagined 19th-century palazzo, the property combines Italian heritage, polished modern design, a private dock, floating pool, and uninterrupted views across to Bellagio.

The 148 rooms, including 25 suites, two penthouses and a private villa, are designed as calm lakeside retreats, with Neri&Hu furnishings, Calacatta marble, bespoke walnut and soft blue tones drawn from the landscape. Dining moves from cocktails and Italian bites at the Lobby Bar to Mauro Colagreco’s Cetino, plus relaxed all-day lakeside dining at RENZO and The Pool.

Wellness centres on The Longevity Spa, the first of its kind on Lake Como, with expert-led assessments, 10 treatment rooms, an indoor vitality pool and a more personalised approach to restoration.

Property of the Month: Capella Kyoto

A modern-day machiya in the heart of Miyagawa-cho

Capella Kyoto brings a contemporary calm to one of the city’s most historic quarters. Beside Kenninji, in the geiko district of Miyagawa-cho, the four-storey property by Kengo Kuma & Associates with interiors by Brewin Design Office reinterprets the machiya townhouse with 89 rooms and 29 suites arranged around a central courtyard of water and garden.

From this address, Gion, Kaburenjo theatre, Nishiki Market, Pontocho and the Kamo River are all within easy reach. Capella Culturists open doors to artisans, tea masters and cultural institutions, shaping access that feels discreet and personal.

Rooms and suites pair pale timber, shoji-inspired screens and woven textiles with generous layouts. Onsen Suites introduce authentic onsen water in private stone baths, a rare privilege in central Kyoto. Dining spans SoNoMa by SingleThread, Lanterne’s Kyoto-leaning brasserie, YOI’s kappo counter and a patisserie focused on seasonal desserts. Auriga Spa, with treatments created in collaboration with The Ginza by Shiseido, completes a wellness offering designed for guests who view wellbeing as a daily practice.

Bookings from March 23, now open. Contact [email protected]

Less spectacle.
More light, space, stillness.

At Conrad Maldives Rangali Island () two private islands connect by footbridge. Villas hover above the Indian Ocean. Beach Suites open directly onto white sand. The Muraka rests beneath the surface, where the sea becomes architecture.

Mornings unfold over water. Afternoons drift between coral reef dives and unhurried lunches. Evenings settle on private decks beneath uninterrupted sky.

Warmth, chosen with intention.

Quiet winter sun departures available on request.

Property of the Month: One&Only Moonlight Basin

A modern mountain retreat at the edge of the wilderness

One&Only Moonlight Basin brings a new calibre of alpine hospitality to 240 secluded acres beneath Lone Peak. Tom Kundig’s low-slung lodges in dark timber and glass frame forests, lakes and Montana’s wide-open sky.

The resort sits within the Moonlight Basin community above Big Sky, with a private gondola to Big Sky Resort in winter and hiking, biking, fly fishing and stargazing in summer.

Rooms, suites, cabins and private homes are oriented around floor-to-ceiling views and generous outdoor living. Dining moves from refined comfort at The Landing and ranch-led plates at Wildwood to Akira Back’s modern Japanese, with Dear Josephine and Moonshack adding characterful bar experiences.

A 17,000 sq ft One&Only Spa, glass-walled pools and advanced recovery rituals round out a wellness programme designed for altitude and ease.

Wilderness, comfort and design held in a single, considered frame.

Property of the Month: Mandarin Oriental, Vienna

A new expression of quiet luxury in the heart of the city.

In a restored Art Nouveau landmark in the First District, Mandarin Oriental, Vienna offers a contemporary take on the city’s artistic and architectural heritage. Once Vienna’s Commercial Court, the building now houses 86 rooms and 52 suites—designed as serene, light-filled sanctuaries with refined materials and nods to the city’s Secessionist movement.

Steps from the Hofburg, the Musikverein, and the Goldenes Quartier, the hotel offers a discreet gateway to Vienna’s cultural life. Four dining venues span from fine dining to Viennese coffeehouse classics, while the spa introduces a rare inner-city calm with its private pool, treatment suites and wellness rituals drawn from both Asian and local traditions.

This is Vienna revealed through craft, proportion, and purpose.

Property of the Month: Aman Rosa Alpina

Nestled in San Cassiano, Aman Rosa Alpina sits beneath the dramatic spires of Lavarela and Conturines — part of the Dolomites panorama — offering direct access to year‑round mountain pursuits. Winter brings ski runs in the vast Dolomiti Superski circuit; summer opens up trails for hiking, biking, or via‑ferrata climbs through larch‑lined valleys and sweeping ridgelines.

Rooms:

With 51 rooms and suites reimagined under Aman’s signature restraint and warmth, each accommodation blends alpine materials with modern comfort: pale oak, Dolomite stone, soft fabrics, fireplaces, and generous windows framing forest or mountain views.

Suites range from intimate Junior Suites with forest outlooks to expansive Aman Suites featuring two bedrooms, dining areas, spa-style bathrooms, and south-facing terraces. Every detail is finely tuned for privacy, calm, and a deep connection to the surroundings.

Dining

The resort offers several culinary venues that reflect both the region’s character and international finesse.
The Grill serves wood-fired meats, seafood and seasonal Italian dishes — a modern take on traditional mountain fare. Il Salotto offers a relaxed all‑day lounge vibe: breakfast, light bites, afternoon drinks or post‑spa aperitivo, with a view over the forest. For intimate evenings, Di Vino (adjacent to the cigar lounge) presents refined dinners and carefully curated wines, reflecting regional terroir and alpine sensibility.

Wellness

Wellness at Aman Rosa Alpina unfolds with discretion and depth. The new spa spans 1,684 m² over two levels, with a south‑facing orientation offering forest views beyond indoor calm. Facilities include:
An adults-only indoor pool, cold plunge, Finnish sauna, bio sauna and steam bath
A heated outdoor infinity pool that seems to dissolve into the forest’s edge.
Seven private treatment suites, including a Thai‑massage room, plus a hair & nail salon, yoga studio and outdoor lounge terrace.

After a day on the slopes or trails, guests step into soft light, warm wood and quiet — and find space to breathe, restore, reflect.
