📍 **Gats, Barcelona** — definitely one to save for your next trip! 🍸✨

What I loved most? It **didn’t feel touristy at all** — there were no tourists around, just **lots of locals enjoying the place**, which made it feel even more authentic. ❤️

❄️ Perfect aircon for those hot Barcelona days
✨ Gorgeous interior — even the toilets had HUGE stone sinks!
🍸 Cocktails were fantastic
🦑 And the star of the show? The **black squid ink croquettes**!

We weren’t even hungry, but I saw them on the menu and thought, *“I HAVE to try these.”* 😂

And honestly… WOW. 🤤 They were creamy, buttery and literally **melted in your mouth**.

💶 Prices weren’t too steep either
📍 No tourist crowds — just locals
❤️ Exactly the kind of hidden local spot I love finding!

🚨 If you bought a **Hola Barcelona Travel Card online**, this is what you need to know…👇🏻👇🏻👇🏻

We got stuck at the train station for **30 minutes trying to collect our tickets** 🙈 — so hopefully this saves you the same headache!

💡 **Our tip:** If the machines around the R2 Nord area aren’t working, don’t waste time queuing!

➡️ Come out of the R2 area and turn right
➡️ Follow the signs towards **L9 Metro**
➡️ Go downstairs
➡️ Use the ticket machines there to collect your pre-booked Hola Barcelona Travel Card 🎫
➡️ Then head back and take the **R2 Nord train** into Barcelona 🚆

We paid around **£25 per person** for our Hola card from Friday to Monday, and honestly, we got so much use out of it! 🇪🇸

You can use it on the **metro, trains and city buses**, which made getting around so much easier. 🚇🚆🚌

The connections are really good, and once you’ve got your card, exploring Barcelona is super convenient! 🙌🏼
