Questions I am asked all the time…❓
What are your working hours and days of the week?
Mostly Monday to Friday but, when you need me I am there even if it is when you’ve landed in resort at 2am and there is an issue, or if one of your party falls ill in the middle of the night and you need support. Always happy to chat in an evening aswell if it’s more convenient to you.
So what do you charge for booking my holiday?
Basically, I charge nothing!
How do I get paid?
So, I am paid by the Tour Operators or Airlines once you’ve travelled.
I can normally match a price if you have been looking online, but this is not where my value is. My value to you is 37 years of experience in the travel industry, planning and organising holidays worldwide, dealing with overseas incidents, managing a customer service department for Thomas Cook, planning corporate clients travel arrangements and building strong relationships with hotels, airlines, cruise lines and Tour Operators so I know that when you travel, you will be well looked after.
